Workshop and Class Policies

Please review the payment, cancellation, and rescheduling policies below before sending in your enrollment form. Your signature indicating that you have read and agree to these policies will be required on the enrollment form before sending to Paws & Claws. We recommend that you print a copy of this policy and your signed enrollment form for your own records. Then use your browser's "Back" button to return to the previous page.

Basic Workshop Policy:

Preregistration will full payment is required to reserve your space.

Cancellation Policy: Payments are fully refundable until one month before a Basic Course. After that time, advance payments, minus a $25.00 cancellation charge, may only be applied toward a future course with Gina Palmer. This policy also includes any one-on-one formatted courses.

Basic Course Rescheduling Policy: $25.00 cancellation charge waived for any prepaid applicant that wishes to reschedule the Basic Workshop participation date. Prepaid students who wish to reschedule Basic Workshop date can take the Basic Course up to six months of the originally scheduled workshop date at no additional charge.

Basic Course Re-audit Policy: Any GRADUATE STUDENT of Gina Palmer's Basic Course may retake the Basic Course one time, at no additional charge, for up to one year of the original graduation date from the Basic Course, on any of the prescheduled workshop dates posted on the Paws & Claws Web site., subject to space availability on the date selected. One-on-one requests are not included for re-audit offering.

Advanced Courses Policy:

The number of participants is limited, and courses often fill months in advance. Preregistration with minimum deposit of 50% of the course fee is required to reserve your space in each ADVANCED COURSE. Full payment is due one month before scheduled date. In the event that you are reserving your workshop attendance space 30 days or less from the workshop reservation date you select, full payment is immediately due, and no portion of the payment is refundable. This policy includes any one-on-one formatted bookings.

Cancellations: Due to the difficulty of rearranging schedules to fill in cancelled reservations, course payments and deposits are not refundable but may be applied toward a future course with Gina Palmer, minus a $200 cancellation charge. No refunds beyond those outlined here. This policy also applies to any one-on-one formatted courses.

Miscellaneous Course Policy:

Preregistration with full payment is required to reserve your appointment date/time.

Cancellations: Payments are nonrefundable for all miscellaneous courses.

Rescheduling Policy for Miscellaneous Courses: $25.00 rescheduling fee applied to any date/time change request to reschedule date/time for miscellaneous courses.
